barracudas coaching roster announced for 2023

As the club continues to expand on and off the field, the Barracudas are excited to announce three exciting additions to the coaching roster for the 2023 PCRL season. Head Coach Ben C Calverley (2nd left in picture) will be joined by Strength and Conditioning Coach Arnell Casteel (3rd left), Performance Analyst Lina Nguyen (far right), and Club Nutritionist Amber Welsh (far left).

Coach Arnell brings a wealth of experience in taking athletes to the next level, and is sure to have the Cudas in peak condition come the season next summer, working alongside Amber and our partners at Nutrishop to deliver a high quality regime for the men’s and women’s team.

Analyst Lina has worked for the USA national rugby union 7s team, and will allow the squad to quantify their performances and identify areas for improvement.

The players will begin their off-season regime with the new year, building towards a successful 2023 season.
